**Job Title**: Multi-Boring Machine Operator

**Location**: Gurgaon, Sector 75

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operate and set up** multi-boring machines as per production requirements.
- **Read and interpret** technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
- Adjust machine settings such as **depth, speed, and alignment** to meet specifications.
- Inspect finished products using **measuring tools** (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure accuracy.
- Perform **routine maintenance** and minor repairs to keep the machine in optimal condition.
- Ensure **quality control** by checking for defects and making necessary adjustments.
- Maintain a **safe and clean** workspace, following all safety guidelines.
- Work closely with the **production team** to improve efficiency and minimize material waste.

**Key Requirements:Education & Experience**:

- **High School Diploma / ITI / Diploma** in Mechanical, Production, or a related field.
- **1 years** of experience operating multi-boring machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of **CNC or semi-automatic boring machines** is an advantage.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Ability to read and interpret **technical drawings and specifications**.
- Experience using **measuring instruments** for quality checks.
- Strong understanding of **machine operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting**.
- Knowledge of **different materials** (wood, metal, plastic) and their machining properties.
- Good **problem-solving skills** and attention to detail.
- Basic **computer skills** to enter production data and adjust machine parameters.
- Understanding of **safety protocols** in an industrial environment.

**Work Conditions & Physical Requirements**:

- Work in a **manufacturing/industrial setting** with exposure to machinery noise.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift **moderate weights** (up to 20-30 kg).
- Use of **protective gear** such as gloves, safety glasses, and ear protection.
