**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Operate and maintain cold forging machines to produce high-quality metal components
- Set up the machines based on the production specifications and ensure proper alignment and calibration
- Monitor the machines during operation to detect any malfunctions or quality issues
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the machines to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any machine or production issues to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with team members and engineers to continuously improve the production process
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a cold forging environment
- Solid knowledge of cold forging techniques and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Basic computer skills for machine operation and data entry
- Adherence to safety protocols and procedures

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
