**Designation: Inside Sales Executive ( Telecaller )**

**Company Overview**: vConnect iDees offers full-service Lead Generation and Appointment Setting solutions. We help clients exceed marketing and sales goals by delivering qualified Sales leads and Opportunities. We let our clients outsource the menial yet necessary steps of the typical Lead generation/ Sales process.

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for an Inside sales executive ( TeleCaller ) to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The salesperson will source new sales opportunities. The sales executive will play a key role in generating leads and managing sales of products and services.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Sell the products/services using various customer sales methods (Foot on the street, cold calling, presentations, etc)
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- Maintain and expand client database
- Enter the activity/communication details in the Customer Relationship Management(CRM) or report to the team
- Makes outbound calls to inform or promote the company's product or service
- Set up the meetings with the prospect
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
- Responsible for gathering leads and producing sales by speaking with prospective and current customers over the phone
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their requirements
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- B.E /B.Sc. /Computer Science (preferred), or MBA in IT/Marketing or University degree/Equivalent
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and skill.
- Excellent Organisational and time management skills.

**Position Details: Inside Sales Executive ( Telecaller )**

Employment Type: Full-time

Job timing: 9.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.

Week off: Saturday and Sundays off

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
