Gravity iLabs is seeking an innovative and visionary **Chief Technology Officer (CTO)** to lead the development and evolution of **GravityOne**, our premier AI-powered platform.

As CTO, you will spearhead the technology strategy and execution, driving the integration of AI, design, and data at an unprecedented level. - Champion the use of AI, data, and cutting-edge technologies to deliver revolutionary features and unparalleled user experiences.

- Oversee the design and delivery of AI-driven capabilities that push the boundaries of what’s possible in business intelligence and decision-making.
- Ensure the platform’s infrastructure is optimized for performance, security, and scalability to meet future demands.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles
- Expertise in AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong knowledge of software development practices, systems architecture, and security standards.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, fostering innovation and transformative solutions.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage diverse stakeholders.
