As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Selah, you will drive our technology vision, strategy, and execution to fuel innovation, growth, and operational excellence. With a focus on leveraging modern tech and AI, you will lead the development and implementation of our technology roadmap while building and mentoring high-performing teams in a startup environment. Your expertise in emerging technologies, such as cloud computing, AI, and ML, will be pivotal in shaping our digital transformation journey, optimizing business outcomes, and delivering exceptional value to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the technology strategy, aligning it with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead the adoption of modern technologies, including cloud computing, AI, and ML, to drive innovation, automation, and data-driven insights.
- Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a startup culture that thrives in a fast-paced and agile environment.
- Oversee technology operations, including infrastructure, software development, cybersecurity, and IT governance, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align technology initiatives with business needs, ensuring seamless integration and efficient execution.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements, driving continuous improvement and compliance.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence, promoting continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior technology leadership role, driving innovation and implementing technology strategies.
- Deep understanding and practical experience with modern technologies, including cloud computing, AI, ML, and data analytics.
- Demonstrated expertise in leveraging AI and ML for insights, automation, and enhanced decision-making processes.
- Track record of building and leading high-performing teams in a startup environment.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to align technology initiatives with organizational goals and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Analytical mindset, with a focus on delivering tangible business outcomes through data-driven approaches.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
