**Responsibilities**:

- Leading all aspects of the development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, strategic planning, design/architecture, execution, deployment, and maintenance
- Researching trend CDN industry, new technologies and products, and development.
- Managing the Development / Cloud Infrastructure team and ensuring the teams are integrated and working together to achieve the company's goals.
- Training and mentoring team members to ensure they are performing their tasks effectively by using both their technical skills and understanding of product requirements.
- Building a technology leadership team that can expertly manage their own teams, develop a strong and focused culture, and be responsive to the organization's needs
- Partner with founders and tech VP to define, prioritize and realize a product roadmap

**Requirements**:

- Has experience working in an early-stage successful tech start-up
- Must be Proficient with all mentioned**:Python**, **Django**, **Linux OS**, **IT** **Infrastructure** and **Security**, **TCP/IP protocol**, **Javascript**
- 5 or more years of work experience in Content Delivery Network(CDN), a Similiar Industry like Cyber Security, Cloud Security, or Web Performance
- 10 or more years of experience developing production-level websites with frontend and backend technology
- Understanding of budgets and business-planning
- Has strong Leadership and organizational abilities
