**Responsibilities**:

- Experience in customer services, minimum 3 years
- Excellent English speaking, grammar and spelling
- Ability to work under pressure, be self-driven, proactive and solution focused
- Responding to customer contacts and solving any issues in a helpful, empathic manner
- Processing orders and accurately input and document actions within the CRM while maintaining company performance and productivity standards
- Any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by the Head of Customer Services
- Excellent English language skills (spoken and written)
- Experience of Customer Service
- Good Communication

Monday - 12.30 PM to 9.30 PM

Tuesday - 12.30 PM to 9.30 PM

Wednesday - 12.30 PM to 9.30 PM

Thursday - 12.30 PM to 9.30 PM

Friday - 12.30 PM to 9.30 PM

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
