**What You’ll Do**
- Conduct **LinkedIn and online research** to identify key professionals, decision-makers, and experts across global industries.
- **Generate, validate, and manage data** with 100% accuracy to support ongoing research projects.
- **Schedule appointments and briefings** between senior professionals and our project managers.
- Work closely with team leaders to **achieve daily and monthly outreach targets**.

**Career Growth Path**
- **First 6 Months**: Hands-on training to master research, communication, and client engagement.
- (Mentorship under senior Project Managers.)_
- **After 6 Months**: Promotion to **Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager** upon successful completion of training.
- **Within 3-4 Years**: High performers can rise to **Assistant Vice President (AVP)** - leading international client accounts and managing project teams.

**Compensation & Incentives**
- **Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (depending on skills and interview performance)
- **Incentives**:

- Start earning incentives **after securing 5 successful interview appointments in a month**.
- Incentive Range**:₹5,000 - ₹25,000+ per month** (performance-based).
