Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Outreach & Lead Generation:

- Actively visit schools, junior colleges, and coaching centers to generate leads for admissions.
- Build and maintain relationships with school principals, career counselors, and coaching class owners.
- Organize and participate in education fairs, career guidance sessions, and seminars to promote courses.
- Conduct door-to-door outreach campaigns in key areas to enhance awareness.

2. Counseling & Admissions Assistance:

- Engage with prospective students and parents, providing detailed information about the institute’s programs, fees, and admission process.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth document verification and enrollment.
- Maintain and update a database of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

3. Marketing & Promotions:

- Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional materials in high-footfall areas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns and community outreach.
- Identify new advertising opportunities such as tie-ups with tuition centers and community groups.

4. Relationship Building & Follow-Ups:

- Develop and nurture a network of referral sources to drive admissions.
- Address and resolve queries from students and parents regarding courses, scholarships, and financial assistance.

5. Reporting & Data Management:

- Maintain daily visit logs and reports of outreach activities.
- Provide weekly updates on admissions pipeline and conversion rates.
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis to improve admission strategies.

✔ Ability to convince and counsel students & parents

✔ Willingness to travel extensively for field visits

✔ Target-driven & self-motivated

✔ Good networking and relationship-building skills

✔ Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM software & reporting tools

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field

1-3 years of experience in student admissions, field marketing, or sales preferred

Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for education are also welcome

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:
