The role involves leading strategic outreach, partnerships, and the end-to-end admissions process for undergraduate engineering programs. Role Overview The incumbent will be responsible for driving student acquisition through focused outreach initiatives, institutional collaborations, and data-driven admissions strategies. The role demands strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a results-oriented approach aligned with academic standards and organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities · Drive outreach and lead generation through schools, coaching centres, and education fairs. · Build partnerships with counsellors, institutions, and external lead-generation platforms. · Manage end-to-end admissions — counselling, selection, and conversion. · Organize promotional events, webinars, and engagement activities for prospective students. · Conduct market research and recommend strategies for program positioning. · Maintain accurate applicant data and track performance metrics using CRM tools. Qualifications & Experience - Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Education, Business, or related fields (STEM/Engineering background preferred) - 6–10 years of relevant experience in admissions, outreach, or business development within the higher education or edtech sector - Proven record in student engagement, counselling, and conversion - Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms - Strong interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills Other Details - The position is based in Mumbai and may involve travel across India for outreach and promotional activities. - The candidate should be open to extended working hours during admission seasons as required.
