ROLE OVERVIEW

KIC UnivAssist is looking to hire a full-time Assistant Manager / Manager – Outreach to strategize, manage and develop new and existing university relationships and initiatives for KIC UnivAssist.

Major Responsibilities:

  • To develop KIC UnivAssist university partnerships in line with the strategic business plan.
  • To meet agreed goals for expanding progression arrangements and to ensure smooth operation of such partnerships.
  • To manage and develop university relationships with existing KIC universities and high schools' partnerships.
  • To work with colleagues from marketing & communication team to create materials to promote partnerships to universities and other agencies where appropriate, including the production of digital media for use on the website and social media channels.
  • To represent KIC UnivAssist at internal and external meetings / exhibitions / conferences as necessary in order to develop partnerships, and build relationships and brand awareness.
  • To work closely with partners and the team to implement specific marketing initiatives to help drive business.
  • To support the preparation of strategic market plans to enhance KIC's strategic planning process and to submit progress and forecast reports as required, ensuring all data is accurate.

  • To oversee and host visits from and to university partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in networking and partnership building in higher education sector

Work Experience:

Four to six years' prior experience in relationship management and outreach in education space.
