About the Role

We are looking for smart and detail-oriented individuals to join as Data Executives.

You will handle global business data, conduct online and LinkedIn research, manage email communication, and support international projects.

Full training will be provided — perfect for freshers as well as those with prior experience in research, data, or communication roles.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Google and LinkedIn research to identify professionals, companies, and project data.
  • Manage and update Excel sheets and Google Sheets using VLOOKUP, filtering, and data validation.
  • Prepare, send, and manage emails and project communication with accuracy.
  • Maintain and clean large datasets with attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth project data flow.
  • Support Project Managers with daily research and data tasks.

Who Can Apply

  • Education: HSC, B.Com, B.Sc, B.E/B.Tech, MBA, or any graduate with good computer and communication skills.
  • Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome).
  • Skills Required:
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, filters, formulas)
  • Good Google and LinkedIn research ability
  • Strong email writing and management skills
  • Detail-oriented and accurate in data handling
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Willingness to work in US/UK time zones (Evening/Night shifts)

Career Growth Path

  • 0–6 Months: Learn data management, research, and communication tools through training.
  • After 6 Months: Eligible for promotion to Data Analyst / Project Coordinator.
  • Within 3–4 Years: Grow into Senior Project Executive / Assistant Manager roles based on performance.

Salary & Incentives

  • Base Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on skills & interview).
  • Incentives: Performance-based monthly incentives starting from ₹5,000 – ₹25,000+.
  • Top performers are regularly rewarded and promoted faster.

Work Schedule

  • For US Projects: Monday to Friday
  • For UK Projects: Monday to Saturday
  • Shift Timings: Evening / Night (as per project region)
  • Location: Malad (West), Mumbai
