We are looking for an experienced **Investor Relations Officer** to join our dynamic team and contribute to our financial growth and investor engagement initiatives.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors, venture capital firms, and financial institutions.
- Manage fundraising activities and investor communication for ongoing and future investment projects.
- Prepare and present investor reports, financial statements, and company updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior management to create investor presentations and financial forecasts.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify new investment opportunities.
- Ensure transparency and compliance with financial and investment regulations.
- Manage queries from investors and provide timely and accurate information.
- Coordinate with finance and strategy teams to align investor relations goals with business objectives.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Minimum **3-4 years of experience** in Investor Relations, Fundraising, or Financial Strategy roles.
- Proven experience in **fundraising, investment management, and financial reporting.**:

- Strong understanding of **financial markets, capital structure, and corporate finance.**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with **banks, investment firms, or financial institutions** is preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.**

**Eligibility**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.**:
**Salary**:
Competitive — based on **experience and last drawn salary.**

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
