Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bank Relationship Manager located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Bank Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with banking partners, driving revenue growth by identifying and leveraging opportunities, and ensuring that client needs are met effectively. Additional responsibilities include analyzing financial products and services, providing strategic consultation to partners, monitoring market trends, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and strengthen relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions.
Assist in developing and implementing the company's investor relations strategy and communication plan.
Coordinate fundraising initiatives, prepare financial decks, and support presentations to potential investors.
Handle communications with banks for credit lines, loans, and financial partnerships.
Prepare investor reports, financial summaries, and regular performance updates.
Support management in budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial forecasting.
Ensure compliance with all financial reporting and disclosure requirements.
Monitor market trends, investor sentiments, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and corporate information.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of financial markets, corporate finance, and investor relations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in fundraising, bank relations, and financial documentation.
- Ability to prepare and interpret financial statements, pitch decks, and investor reports.
- Good understanding of compliance, due diligence, and investment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial data tools.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications & Experience
:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Banking, Fundraising, or Financial Management roles.
- Candidates with prior experience in banks, NBFCs, venture capital, or investment firms will be preferred.
Salary:
Negotiable / Based on Last Drawn Salary and Experience
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Relationship Management, Client Engagement, and Account Handling
- Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Product Knowledge, and Market Research within banking and financial services
- Experience in Business Development, Revenue Generation, and Opportunity Identification
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Prior experience in a Banking or Financial Services role is highly preferred
