Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Investor Relations Specialist role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The specialist will be responsible for managing relationships with investors, preparing financial reports and presentations, analyzing data to support investment decisions, and ensuring clear and effective communication with stakeholders. This role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and company performance to address investor inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Investor Relations and Investments
  • Finance expertise with excellent Analytical Skills
  • Outstanding Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in Fundraising.
  • Working experience in Banks, Venture Capital company
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prepare financial reports and presentations
  • Experience with market trend analysis is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards is advantageous
