We're Hiring: Investor Relations Manager | Hive XV

Hive XV is growing — and we're looking for a dynamic Investor Relations Manager to join our team.

Hive XV is an innovation-driven venture platform that works at the intersection of startups, investors, and strategic partnerships. We create meaningful investment opportunities and enable founders to scale with the right capital and network.

Role: Investor Relations Manager

Location: Remote (India)

Travel: Frequent (Investor meetings, events, conferences)

What you'll be doing:

Build, grow, and manage relationships with angel investors, VCs, family offices, and investment networks.

Act as the primary point of contact for all investor communication, inquiries, and updates.

Liaison between investors and internal teams for data sharing, pitch decks, financials, and due diligence requirements.

Maintain investor database, track outreach, and provide detailed reporting on engagement.

Represent Hive XV at ecosystem events, networking forums, pitch days, etc.

Support fundraising and partnership initiatives, ensuring a smooth flow of information and compliance.

What we're looking for:

Strong network in the investment/startup ecosystem (angels, VCs, family offices, accelerators).

Prior experience in Investor Relations / Fundraising / BD / Investment Banking / Venture Capital / Private Equity.

Excellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable with remote setup + frequent travel.
