We're looking for an Executive for Insurance - Back Office Operations to join our team. The Executive for Insurance - Back Office Operations will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including supporting our insurance team, managing our customer database, and preparing reports. **Key responsibilities & duties**
- Enhance overall customer experience by coordinating and following up with internal and external customers, tracking customer order history, and resolving concerns
- Provide reports for upper management
- Conduct market research and contact potential customers
- Research and analyze competitor offerings
- Maintain customer service standards, policies, and procedures
- Adhere to laws, rules and regulations
- Perform any other job duties as assigned
- Track insurance claims to ensure client and company satisfaction.
- Responsible for data entry and processing related to all insurance renewals, system entry and correspondence in an accurate and timely manner
- Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years’ of related experience
- Proven work experience in a back office role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills
- Problem solver with a strong analytical mindset
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹8,464.82 - ₹26,527.33 per month
