A professional who has a clear understanding of the product vision and requirements, and is able to articulate, communicate and convey these to the inbound team, as well as is interested and qualified to act as the Product Line Manager’s right hand in market-facing activities.

A person who has vast experience within OSS domain, understanding the business and technical needs of telecommunications service providers related to understanding and managing their services and network, and translating these into product capabilities and requirements.

**What will your job look like?**:

- You will own the scoping and management of new features for a Market leading Telecom inventory product line
- You will liaise with the product manager to understand the product roadmap, features, and requirements. Translate product roadmap into manageable product backlog
- consulting with product management, development, delivery, sales, customers, etc.
- You will work with R&D to provide and refine estimations for projects, features, epics and stories. You prioritize product backlog and support the release planning and sprint planning exercises.
- You will support scrum teams during sprints, ensuring clarity around requirements and context
- You will review, approve and design product enhancement suggestions raised by delivery, customers, support and R&D.
- You will own and support product readiness activities such as L2 training

**All you need is...**:

- Must: At least 4 years of experience in OSS domain, including good knowledge of network and cloud technologies as well as network planning, fulfilment, and assurance processes.
- Must: Prior experience in Amdocs OSS products preferably Amdocs Resource Manager (Cramer) and/or Amdocs Network Navigator
- Must: Good communications and presentation skills, comfortable in customer facing situations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / MBA
- Business oriented. Ability to represent the customer needs.
- Experienced in functionality/specs definition; architecture and design.
- Ability to facilitate scope changes and prioritization.
- Experience in agile methodologies is appreciated.
- Experienced in BU development/customization projects
- Ability to work in a complex and changing environment, prioritizing work and taking decisions
- Matrix-management, good negotiation and communication skills.
