**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage referral marketing programs with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare partners to increase patient inflow and retention.
- Drive B2B marketing initiatives by building strong relationships with healthcare providers, corporate clients, and institutional partners.
- Conduct market research (MR) to analyze healthcare industry trends, competitor strategies, and patient behavior to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with medical, sales, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with organizational objectives.
- Track, monitor, and report on campaign effectiveness, ensuring measurable ROI and continuous optimization.
- Stay updated with regulatory guidelines, patient engagement trends, and healthcare marketing best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-5 years of proven experience in healthcare/hospital marketing, referral programs, B2B marketing, or outreach marketing.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare marketing strategies, digital marketing tools, and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in hospital/clinical marketing, EdTech in healthcare, or healthcare SaaS solutions.
- Established network with doctors, hospitals, clinics, or medical associations.
- Hands-on experience in referral program tools, LinkedIn campaigns, and healthcare events.
- Strong analytical mindset with creative problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
