Job Location : Veera Desai Road, Andheri (W)

Roles and responsibilities:

- Have Practiced Criminal and Civil.
- Practiced in DRT, NCLT, MM courts, and City Civil and Session Court.
- Specialization of DRT and NCLT will be preferred.
- Court Representation: Representing clients in various courts, including lower courts, high courts, and tribunals, and presenting arguments on their behalf.
- Case Management: Handling the end-to-end management of legal cases, including drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, and preparing case strategies.
- Legal Research and Analysis: Conducting in-depth legal research on case law, statutes, and precedents to support the litigation strategy.
- Client Counseling: Advising clients on legal matters, explaining the litigation process, and providing guidance on potential outcomes.
- Drafting Legal Documents: Drafting and filing legal documents such as petitions, affidavits, written statements, and appeals.
- Trial Preparation: Preparing witnesses, evidence, and exhibits for trial, and conducting pre-trial preparations.
- Negotiation and Settlement: Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients and exploring alternative dispute resolution methods when appropriate.
- Legal Compliance: Ensuring compliance with procedural requirements and court orders in the course of litigation.
- Completion of a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from a recognized university or institution in India.
- Litigation Experience: Acquiring a minimum of 2 years of post-Sanad experience, which may involve working with a law firm, under a senior advocate, or independently handling cases.
- Language - English + any other (Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada) to Speak, Read, and Write.
- Should be good with soft skills (MS Word and MS Excel).
