**Job Title: Legal Counsel**

**Experience: 7-10 years**

**Location: Navi Mumbai**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Legal Advice and Guidance**:

- Provide legal advice and guidance to the company's management team and departments on various legal issues, including corporate governance, contracts, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
- **Corporate Governance**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures.
- Advise the board of directors and executive team on corporate governance best practices and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare and review corporate governance documents, including board resolutions, meeting minutes, and annual reports.
- **Contract Management**:

- Manage the company's contract portfolio and oversee the contract lifecycle process from negotiation to execution and renewal.
- Review and negotiate a variety of contracts and agreements, including vendor contracts, service agreements, licensing agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
- **Compliance and Regulatory Matters**:

- Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the company's operations and ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements.
- Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on regulatory issues and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
- **Dispute Resolution and Litigation Management**:

- Manage and resolve legal disputes, claims, and litigation matters in collaboration with external counsel when necessary.
- Conduct investigations into legal matters, including employee complaints, regulatory inquiries, and other legal issues.
- Assist in the preparation of legal strategies and representation in dispute resolution proceedings.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing law, preferably in a corporate legal department or law firm environment.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with legal research databases and corporate governance software.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
