**Legal Research**: Conduct independent legal research on assigned issues using legal databases, internet, and other resources.
- **Document Drafting**: Draft and proofread various legal documents, such as motions, briefs, contracts, and correspondence, as requested by attorneys.
- **Case Preparation**: Assist in organizing case files, evidence, and preparing materials for litigation, hearings, and trials.
- **Client Interaction**: Perform client intake, conduct interviews, and communicate with clients and opposing counsel under supervision.
- **Court Observation**: Attend court hearings, trials, and mediations to gain practical exposure to legal proceedings.
- **Administrative Support**: Handle general office administration, including filing, copying, and managing correspondence.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Education : SY /TY- LLB
- **Strong Research & Writing**: Proficiency in conducting thorough legal research and articulating findings clearly in written memos and legal documents.
- **Legal Knowledge**: A basic understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and relevant laws.
- **Communication**: Excellent oral and written communication skills for interacting with colleagues, clients, and legal professionals.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous approach to organizing files, proofreading documents, and ensuring accuracy.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with legal research tools like Westlaw and standard office software such as Microsoft Office.
- **Professionalism**: A motivated attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to learning and developing professionally.
