Roles and responsibilities:

- Conducting legal research on various issues relevant to the organization or clients. Analyzing laws, regulations, and legal precedents to provide recommendations.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts on behalf of the organization or clients. Ensuring that contracts comply with legal requirements and protect the interests of the organization.
- Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:

- Advising the organization on compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards. Developing and implementing compliance programs and policies. Corporate Governance and Ethics.
- Providing guidance on corporate governance and ethical considerations. Assisting with board meetings, corporate filings, and compliance with corporate governance standards.
- Providing legal advice and counsel to internal stakeholders, executives, or clients on non-litigation matters. Assisting with legal risk assessment and management.
- Completion of a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from a recognized university or institution in India.
- Language - English + any other (Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada) to Speak, Read, and Write
- Should be good with soft skills (MS Word and MS Excel).
