**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Identify Undisputed Land for Development:
Conduct thorough research and due diligence to identify legally undisputed land.

Verify land ownership records and assess the suitability of the location for development projects.

Document Verification & Legal Assessment:
Review and authenticate land-related documents to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Validate ownership claims, title deeds, and mutation records for authenticity.

Site Verification & Inspection:
Conduct physical verification of potential land sites to assess feasibility for real estate projects.

Coordinate with surveyors and legal experts to ensure all land-related aspects are in order.

Negotiation & Agreement Facilitation:
Negotiate land purchase rates and ownership ratios between landowners and promoters.

Draft agreements ensuring legal protections for all parties involved in transactions.

Facilitating RERA Approvals:
Assist promoters in obtaining necessary approvals from Jharkhand Real Estate Regulatory Authority

(RERA).

Ensure land-related processes align with RERA regulations for project registration and development.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Law, Real Estate Management, Business, or a related field.

Experience in land acquisition, negotiation, and regulatory compliance.

Strong understanding of Jharkhand land laws and RERA guidelines.

Excellent documentation and verification skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
