Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and manage new agents/distributors/partners.
- Train and support the agency team to achieve performance goals.
- Maintain strong relationships and ensure continuous engagement.
- Monitor and track performance metrics of the agency network.
- Execute growth strategies to expand channel reach.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, channel development, or B2B marketing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset
