Finance & Accounts Executive

**Position Title**: Accounts Executive

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Recordkeeping**: Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**: Process invoices, ensure timely payments to vendors, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies between records and bank balances.
- **Data Entry**: Input financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets.
- **Preparation of Reports**: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- **Expense Tracking**: Monitor and categorize business expenses, ensuring they are recorded accurately.
- **Tax and Compliance**: Assist in the preparation of tax filings and compliance with accounting regulations.
- **Audit Support**: Provide necessary documentation and reports for internal and external audits.
- **General Administrative Support**: Assist the finance team with administrative tasks related to accounting and financial management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive, Junior Accountant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
