**Crossroads School of Music**, owned by renowned Indian music director **Alphons Joseph**, is a leading music school dedicated to nurturing talent and inspiring creativity. We’re launching a **new music course**, and we’re looking for a motivated **Telecaller** to join our admissions team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Call and follow up with prospective students and parents.
- Provide information about our music courses, fees, and schedules.
- Convince and guide students through the admission process.
- Maintain call records, follow-ups, and lead details in Excel or CRM.
- Meet admission and enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and management team for updates.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in **English and Malayalam**.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Should be polite, confident, and persuasive over the phone.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
