CareBharat is looking for enthusiastic **Tele-callers** to connect with potential customers, promote insurance products, and provide excellent customer service. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inquiries, and assisting clients in selecting suitable insurance plans.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service & Support**
- Handle inquiries regarding policies, claims, and renewals.
- Assist customers with policy modifications and clarifications.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention.

**Sales & Lead Generation**
- Call potential customers and explain insurance products.
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable plans.
- Follow up on leads to convert them into policyholders.

**Documentation & Compliance**
- Update customer details and maintain call logs.
- Ensure accurate documentation of policy details.
- Follow company scripts and comply with insurance regulations.

Experience : Minimum 1 year experience in insurance broking field. Freshers can also Apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
