Sitz Ergo Solutions Pvt Ltd, a trusted provider of institutional furniture solutions in Kochi, is looking for enthusiastic and communicative individuals to join our team as Part-Time Tele callers. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our services (office chair repair, refurbishing, restoration, and Annual Maintenance Contracts), identifying their needs, and generating qualified leads for our Sales Executive. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking flexible work hours and looking to gain experience in sales and marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Making outbound telephone calls to businesses, institutions, and other potential clients in Kochi and surrounding areas.
- Service Introduction: Clearly and concisely introducing Sitz Ergo Solutions and our range of services.
- Lead Identification: Asking relevant questions to identify potential clients who might be interested in our services.
- Information Gathering: Gathering basic information about the potential client, such as their name, organization, contact details, and their current needs or challenges related to office furniture.
- Lead Qualification: Determining the level of interest and potential of the lead based on the conversation.
- Data Entry: Accurately recording details of calls and potential leads in a designated system or spreadsheet.
- Lead Forwarding: Forwarding qualified leads, along with relevant notes, to the Sales Executive for further follow-up.
- Meeting Targets: Achieving daily or weekly targets for the number of calls made and qualified leads generated.
- Adherence to Guidelines: Following provided scripts and guidelines for making calls and collecting information.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Minimum completion of Higher Secondary School (Plus Two).
- Experience: Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales is an advantage, but freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam are essential. Good communication skills in English would be a plus.
- Telephone Etiquette: Professional and courteous telephone manner.
- Listening Skills: Ability to listen attentively to understand the needs of potential clients.
- Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with basic computer operations and data entry.
- Enthusiasm and Persistence: Positive attitude, enthusiasm for the role, and persistence in making calls.
- Target-Oriented: Ability to work towards and achieve targets.
- Availability: Must be available to work part-time hours as per the agreed schedule.
Work Schedule:
- This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The specific work schedule can be discussed and agreed upon based on your availability and the company's needs.
Compensation:
- This is a part-time role. Compensation will be a fixed monthly stipend for part-time work, and/or incentives based on the number of qualified leads generated. Details will be discussed during the interview.
