Job Overview:
Customer care executive to manage a team a representative who will offer excellent customer service and after sales support. You will create policies and procedures and oversee the customer service provided be the team.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a professional appearance. An outstanding customer support executive should possess a proven track record successful customer service and management skills. Customer care representative to manage customer queries and complaints

Responsibility and duties:

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

- Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Creating policies and procedures.
- Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
- Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.

Skills required:

- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Computer skills.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

Salary packages:

- 12,000 TO 18,000/
- Additional Incentives

Qualifications:

- Experience in tele calling and customer relation, sales or equivalent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
