As a Procurement Executive at Natura Eco Energy Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient procurement of materials and services essential for our solar projects. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendor relationships to support the company's procurement objectives. This position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in the solar industry and a strong understanding of procurement processes within this sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and procure high-quality materials, equipment, and services required for solar projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and finance, to understand procurement needs and requirements.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, reliability, and compliance with industry standards, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to achieve cost savings, favorable payment terms, and mitigate risks.
- Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and regulatory changes affecting procurement activities in the solar industry.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and vendor information using company systems and databases.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the procurement function.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations governing procurement activities.
- Stay updated on advancements in solar technology, industry best practices, and sustainability initiatives to enhance procurement strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement, preferably within the solar industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing procurement activities, negotiating contracts, and optimizing vendor relationships.
- Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, components, and related products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
- Understanding of sustainability principles and commitment to environmental stewardship.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
