**Job Role**:
As a Liaison Officer for our Solar Industry division, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with various stakeholders, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, industry associations, and local communities. Your primary objective will be to ensure smooth operations and facilitate the growth of our solar energy projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Government Liaison:
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with government officials at local, state, and national levels.

Monitor policy developments, regulatory changes, and government incentives related to the solar energy sector.

Represent the company in discussions with government authorities to advocate for favorable policies and address regulatory issues.

**Regulatory Compliance**:
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and permits governing the solar energy industry.

Coordinate with internal departments to obtain necessary approvals and permits for project development and operations.

Respond promptly to regulatory inquiries and requests for information.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, NGOs, and industry partners.

Organize community engagement initiatives to promote awareness of solar energy benefits and address local concerns.

Collaborate with external partners to identify opportunities for strategic alliances and joint projects.

**Project Support**:
Support project development activities by providing timely inputs on regulatory requirements, land acquisition, and environmental impact assessments.

Assist in the preparation of project proposals, feasibility studies, and tender documents for solar energy initiatives.

Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure project milestones are met within budget and timeline constraints.

**Reporting and Documentation**:
Maintain accurate records of regulatory approvals, correspondence, and project-related documentation.

Prepare regular reports on regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement activities, and project progress for internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure all documentation is in accordance with company policies and industry standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Law, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Proven experience (2 years) in a similar role within the solar energy industry or related sector.

Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, policies, and procedures governing renewable energy projects.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office suite and project management tools.

Demonstrated commitment to environmental sustainability and renewable energy advocacy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
