**Job Opening - Video Producer**

**Roles and responsibilities**
- Video Production & Creative Direction:

- Lead end-to-end production of politically themed videos, documentaries, ad films, and jingles.
- Oversee the entire creative process, from concept development to final execution.
- Collaborate with directors, video editors, and motion graphic artists to ensure high-quality production.
- Scriptwriting & Story Development:

- Research and craft engaging, informative, and politically relevant scripts tailored for Andhra Pradesh’s audience.
- Develop compelling narratives that resonate with the target demographic.
- Adapt content for different formats, including social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns.
- Voiceover & Narration:

- Deliver high-quality voiceovers for promotional videos, explainer content, and political campaigns.
- Ensure the tone, clarity, and emotion align with the brand’s messaging.
- Work closely with sound engineers to optimize audio quality and recording sessions.
- Political & Cultural Insight:

- Stay updated on political developments, regional trends, and audience sentiment in Andhra Pradesh.
- Conduct in-depth research on political narratives to create factually accurate and engaging content.
- Leverage insights to develop videos that effectively communicate key messages.

**Requirements**:

- Strong background in scriptwriting for documentaries, ad films, and jingles.
- Experience in voiceover recording with a versatile and engaging vocal tone.
- In-depth knowledge of Andhra Pradesh’s political and cultural landscape.
- Proficiency in storyboarding, content planning, and video production workflows.
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and audio editing software (preferred).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in scriptwriting, voiceover, or video production.
- Portfolio required - Share your best scripts, voiceover samples, or video projects.
