**Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality motion graphics, animation, and visual effects for a variety of media platforms (digital, TV, social media, etc.).
- Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and video editors to develop and refine concepts and creative approaches.
- Produce and edit animations, transitions, and other video elements to enhance storytelling.
- Ensure all motion graphics and video deliverables meet brand guidelines and technical specifications.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging motion design technologies to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality output.
- Provide design and animation input for marketing materials, promotional videos, and digital content.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in motion design software, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and animation techniques.
- Experience with 3D design and animation (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with video production workflows and formats.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous motion design and animation projects.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with UI/UX animation or web design is a bonus.
- Knowledge of other animation software and visual effects tools (e.g., Houdini, Maya, etc.).
- Experience in editing and producing video content.
- Knowledge of music and sound design in relation to motion graphics.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
