**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Video Production and Direction**
- Oversee the complete video production process, from ideation and scripting to post-production and delivery.
- Direct and manage video shoots, ensuring high-quality production that aligns with the institution’s vision.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to capture content that highlights the institution’s offerings, student life, and achievements.

**2. Cinematography and Technical Execution**
- Plan and execute shots with a deep understanding of framing, lighting, and camera movement.
- Use advanced lighting techniques to create the desired mood and visual impact.
- Ensure professional sound recording and mixing during production to enhance audio quality.

**3. Editing and post-production**
- Edit raw footage to produce polished, engaging video content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Add visual effects, motion graphics, and sound design to enhance storytelling.
- Ensure videos are optimized for multiple platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

**4. Creative Collaboration**
- Collaborate with the marketing, social media, and content teams to conceptualize video ideas that align with campaign objectives.
- Work with designers and art directors to ensure cohesive visual aesthetics.
- Provide creative direction on set design and art elements to enhance production quality.

**5. Innovation and Experimentation**
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in video production.
- Experiment with new filming techniques and styles to create fresh, dynamic content.
- Develop unique storytelling approaches to make videos stand out in the competitive educational landscape.

**Required Skillset**
- **Cinematography**: Expertise in camera operation, shot composition, and lighting techniques.
- **Video Editing**: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- **Sound Design**: Knowledge of recording techniques, sound editing, and mixing for professional audio quality.
- **Lighting**: Strong ability to use and manipulate lighting equipment to achieve desired visual effects.
- **Art Direction**: Understanding of set design, props, and visual aesthetics.
- **Technical Expertise**: Familiarity with DSLR, mirrorless, and cinema cameras; knowledge of codecs, formats, and resolution settings.

**Experience**
- 3-6 years in filmmaking or video production, preferably in education, technology, or related industries.
- Proven experience in end-to-end production, including direction, cinematography, and editing.
- A portfolio showcasing diverse projects, including promotional and educational content.

**Salary Bracket**

₹4-7 LPA (based on experience and expertise).

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
