**Job Description**:

Looking for a creative and dedicated person with a passion to take care of end-to-end production for videos in a crowdfunding platform

Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- To be solely responsible for producing a campaign appeal video from scripting to end video
- End-to-end operational management for shoots
- Work closely with editors to produce quality content
- Work closely with Business Development team to understand timelines, video deliveries, and special occasions
- Work with production team to ideate new campaign ideas and video content
- Adhere to strict timelines and meet deadlines strategically
- Script videos by working closely with the Business Development team and Production team
- Script videos for social media, corporate and partnerships team, and implement new treatments for videos
- Talk to the NGOs to understand their story and to be able to translate it to a quality video
- Plan ahead for content to launch a variety of videos for different causes to maintain diversity
- Work directly with the film production team to develop video content
- Work with the marketing team to analyse videos and improve them for better donations
- Researching what kind of relevant content is performing well on YouTube and other platforms to strategize on the content requirement.

- Work and manage multiple videos strategically
- Work with filmmakers, videographers, voice-over artists, and DOPs closely to schedule shoots, retrieve footage, and photographs
- Maintain good relationships with filmmakers
Requirements
- 2-3 years of professional experience in video production and working with editors
- Preferred Languages: English, Hindi, and Telugu
- Any certificate course on editing, scriptwriting, and video production can be an added advantage
- Must have exceptional team management skills.
- Must have excellent attention to detail.
- Must be able to maintain a positive attitude while working closely with different teams.
- Must be able to understand the basics of filmmaking and video content creation

Eligibility
Bachelors in Mass Communication or Journalism
