**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team with the preparation and distribution of sales materials, proposals, and presentations.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings, appointments, and sales events.
- **Order Processing**:

- Process customer orders accurately and promptly, ensuring all details are correct and entered into the system.
- Monitor the status of orders and communicate updates to customers and the sales team.
- Work with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain and update customer databases with relevant information and contact details.
- Assist in managing customer accounts, including follow-up on sales leads and post-sales support.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on providing excellent service.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management meetings.
- Maintain and organize sales documentation and records.
- Support the sales team with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, such as marketing, finance, and customer service.
- Coordinate and participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment and clarity on sales goals and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM software and sales order processing systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Pay: ₹10,587.11 - ₹25,519.50 per month
