**About the team**

FIS® Enterprise Risk Suite (formerly Adaptiv) solutions for the front office help investment banks and broker-dealers quickly and accurately calculate XVA and initial margin, as well as addressing their market data risk.

**What you will be doing**:

- Provides in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries.
- Resolves customer concerns raised during installation, operation or maintenance of product suite.
- Documents customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
- Works closely with Developers, Business Analysts and other Subject Matter Experts to triage and resolve functional and technical issues.
- Interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge and expertise are critical to responding to daily Client-centric activities.

**What you Bring**:

- A Master degree in Management, computer science or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. - 7+ years of experience & Good knowledge into Credit Risk and Market Risk products.
- Good knowledge of Probability Of Default (PD), Loss Given Default (LGD), Exposure at Default (ED), X-Value Adjustment (XVA), Credit Valuation Adjustment (CVA), Debt Value Adjustment (DVA) etc. Working of Foreign Exchange (FX), Swaps, Bonds etc.
- Experience with SQL and MQ Series is a plus.
- Knowledge of SDLC.
- Knowledge of standards relevant to the software industry, e.g., ISO, CMM, Six Sigma
- Extensive experience of Client relations.
- Proven best in class client support experience.
