Skills and Qualifications
Application Support Engineer Minimum 5 of IT experience with below Essentials

Essential
In depth understanding and experience in Application Support for Critical Production Systems
Handson experience in supporting Incident Problem Change Management Release deployments for critical Java back end based production systems
Good exposure and experience in using Logging Monitoring tools like Dynatrace
Experience in Oracle PGSQL support shell scripting Linux OS
Experience in managing and supporting Queuing Services like Kafka RabbitMQ ActiveMQ
Experience in using or managing Version Control GIT
Understanding of build tools maven gradle
Hands on experience in using CI Tools Jenkins Git Lab
Experience with Artefact management tools like Nexus
Good understanding of Containerisation technologies like Docker Kubernetes etc
Experience with JIRA and Service Now
Good communication skills

Desirable
Knowledge on Java spring framework micro services Springboot nodeJs Angular
Knowledge on Oracle Weblogic Apache Tomcat
BT ASG experience
