**CNC Lathe Operator - Experienced (Minimum 10 Years)**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up, program, and operate CNC lathe machines for precision production.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.).
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain tolerances and quality standards.
- Conduct tool changes, offsets, and preventive maintenance as needed.
- Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to optimize machining processes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety and company procedures.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Minimum 10 years of experience** operating CNC lathes in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of G-code and CNC programming principles.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Proven ability to hold tight tolerances and produce quality parts.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Experience with [specific machine brand or control, e.g., Haas, Mazak, Fanuc] is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
