Transcribe radiology reports, including X-ray, CT scan, MRI, and ultrasound findings, ensuring precision in medical terminology.
- Transcribe detailed inpatient progress notes, discharge summaries, and medical histories as part of patient records.
- Ensure all medical records are transcribed with 100% accuracy, maintaining high standards for grammar, punctuation, and clarity.
- Verify and correct errors in transcriptions, cross-referencing information to ensure completeness and correctness.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare standards such as HIPAA and local medical regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
- Ensure all transcription work adheres to hospital policies and procedures regarding documentation and record-keeping.
- Communicate with physicians, radiologists, and other healthcare providers to clarify any unclear or ambiguous medical information in dictations.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure timely and accurate completion of all transcription tasks.
- Enter transcribed reports into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system or other relevant health information systems, ensuring timely update of patient records.
- Ensure proper filing, organizing, and storing of transcribed documents according to hospital protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including reviewing and revising transcribed documents as needed.
- Stay current with medical terminology, particularly in radiology and inpatient care, to ensure consistent accuracy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
