- Responsibilities for Ultra Sound, X-RAY, CT Medical Transcriptionist/ Ultra Sound Report Typist
- * Transcribe medical reports, summaries, office visit notes and other medical documents.
- * - Familiarity with proper grammar, spelling and sentence structure as well as medical jargon and abbreviations for accuracy
- * - Receive patients, schedule appointments, and maintain patient records
- * - Maintain strict adherence to patient confidentiality according to standards and government regulations
- * - Review transcription documents for quality assurance and precision to spot and correct any errors that could impact patient care and medical liability.

**Qualifications for Medical Transcriptionist**
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- * - Previous experience in hospital / Diagnostic Center or other health care

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
