Transcribe medical reports, summaries, office notes, and other healthcare documentation from audio recordings provided by physicians and healthcare providers.
- Review and edit transcribed reports to ensure accuracy in medical terminology, grammar, and consistency.
- Follow up with healthcare providers to clarify inconsistencies or errors in dictated information.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and ensure all work complies with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA (if applicable).
- Organize and manage transcription files to ensure efficient record keeping and retrieval.
- Meet assigned deadlines while ensuring high levels of accuracy and detail in all transcription tasks.
- Utilize transcription software and equipment to enhance efficiency in producing medical documentation.
- Stay updated on changes in medical terminology, transcription guidelines, and healthcare procedures.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
