**Job Summary**:
The Medical Transcriptionist is responsible for accurately transcribing voice-recorded medical reports dictated by physicians and other healthcare professionals into written format. This includes patient histories, discharge summaries, operative notes, and consultation reports while ensuring compliance with medical confidentiality and accuracy standards.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Listen to and transcribe audio recordings from physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Edit and format medical reports for accuracy, grammar, and clarity.
- Review transcriptions for errors and inconsistencies.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA and data protection standards.
- Use medical dictionaries and resources to verify terminology and abbreviations.
- Coordinate with medical staff for clarification on reports.
- Submit completed documents within established timelines.
- Maintain an organized system of records and files.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Science background preferred)
- Certification in Medical Transcription (preferred)

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in medical transcription (freshers with training can apply)

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent listening and typing skills
- Strong command of English grammar and medical terminology
- Proficiency in transcription software and word processing tools
- High attention to detail and confidentiality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,007.86 - ₹34,685.39 per month
