- Responsibilities for Ultra Sound, X-RAY, CT Medical Transcriptionist/ Ultra Sound Report Typist
- Transcribe medical reports, summaries, office visit notes and other medical documents.
- Familiarity with proper grammar, spelling and sentence structure as well as medical jargon and abbreviations for accuracy
- Receive patients, schedule appointments, and maintain patient records
- Maintain strict adherence to patient confidentiality according to standards and government regulations
- Review transcription documents for quality assurance and precision to spot and correct any errors that could impact patient care and medical liability.
- **Qualifications for Medical Transcriptionist**:

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in hospital / Diagnostic Center or other health care setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certification in medical transcription (CMT) if any
- Ability to work and thrive in pressure situations

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gomti Nagar, Lucknow - 226001, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
