**Expected scope of works are below, not limited to by following instruction.**

1. Expatriates for living supports

2. Coordination with driver

4. Organize and schedule appointments and meetings when required

5. Maintain contact lists

6. Develop and maintain a filing system

7. Order and maintain office supplies and coordination with PC and other technicians when necessary

8. Book travel arrangements

9. Submit and reconcile expense reports

10. Provide general support, great to visitors

11. Provide information by answering questions and requests

12. Prepare and monitor invoices

13. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.

14. Book conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels, etc.

15. Assist Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient

16. Report and resolve administrative problems

17. Receive, sort, and distribute the mail

18. Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records

19. Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues

20. Provide polite and professional communication

21. Conduct data entry

22. Confirm restaurant reservations for senior staff

The proficiency and scope of works are as follows:

- Scope of work
- Follow instructions of the General Manager. Can also manage petty cash expenses and its account.
- Managing petty admin matters in office

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
