Customer Experience Associate

Could also be a part of the research callouts sub-unit within the team.
- Meet the predetermined daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Identifying customer requirements/needs.
- Co-ordinating with various departments to resolve customer queries as and when required.
- Providing outstanding customer service.
- Maintaining confidentiality of information.
- Performing other duties as designated as and when the need arises.
- Align individual goals with the goals of the organization.
**Education and Experience**
- Graduate
- Fresher or minimum 1 year experience in the customer service industry.
- Openness to work on Sundays and work long hours/ additional hours as and when required
**Skills**
- Ability to think on one's feet
- Possess an overall calm attitude, be good at conflict resolution skills and get the tasks assigned done with the given time period
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, team environment and meet targets under tight timeframes
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tathawade, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
