Requirements:1 NOS
- Demonstrates effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Contract management to include all aspects (e.g. administer, review, manage, file, evaluate, analyze, and negotiate).
- Negotiate or renegotiate and administer contracts with vendors.
- Research and evaluate vendors/contracts to ensure prices are accurate and update internally.
- Evaluate vendors to ensure their performance is aligned with established specifications.
- Evaluate order and bid documentation.
- Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures. Review and maintain good records of purchasing files and records (purchase orders, contracts, etc.) to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and ensure the availability of documentation.
- Back up purchasing clerk to include ordering of supplies/goods, equipment, and material, reviewing, and processing/issuing of purchase orders.
- Review and monitor capital purchases to ensure company policies and procedures compliance.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Response to inquiries from internal and external sources in providing information.
- Bank reconciliation and payment reconciliation with vendors.

Pay Package - 2.80-3.20 Per Annum.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
