Job Title: MS365 System Administrator/ IT intern

Location: Remote

**Job Type**: full time

Stipend: 5000

Duration: 6 months

Timings: 12 pm to 8pm

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Workflow Automation & Task Management
- Security Policy & Data Protection:

- Manage backend security settings, including permissions, SharePoint, and OneDrive access control.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Mobile Application & LMS Management:

- Oversee and optimize the existing Learning Management System (LMS) used in STEM education.
- Identify and report to resolve technical errors affecting the app’s performance.
- Improve the user interface (UI) for better user experience and engagement.
- General IT & System Administration:

- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and industry standards.
- Maintain documentation on system configurations, processes, and policies
- Stay updated with the latest MS365 features and security updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Understanding of working with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Automate, Outlook security policies).
- Understanding of workflow automation, task approvals, and notification management.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and their integration into educational platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Background in IT security, data governance, and compliance.
- Certification in Microsoft 365 is a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud computing principles and best practices.
