**About the Opportunity**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our growth team. As a member of the team, you will be working directly with the founder and growth manager and will be responsible for optimizing and running multiple campaigns to generate leads. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the success of our company.

**Location**: Remote

**Experience**: 0 - 1 year

**Duration of Internship**: 6 months

**Number of working hours**: 40 hours/week

**Stipend**: INR 10000/month

**Your usual day at work**:

- Learning Market Research, generating new leads, branding, client engagements, and reducing the cost of acquiring new clients
- Mapping POC doing Web Research & Contact Discovery using company websites, LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase & other open portals.
- Research and analysis of target companies in all the domains.
- Collaborate with the growth team to identify target audiences and develop strategies for lead generation.
- Assist in creating and managing marketing automation workflows to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools.

**Skills required**:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data.
- Proven knowledge of digital marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of growth marketing concepts and strategies is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
